"They had screwed up my son's auto insurance and over charged him between $150 and $200 each month! Staff poorly trained and Thomas does not take accountability for his office and refused to offer any refund much less an apology!! Basically it's the "not our problem " attitude!! Due to the major office errors and extremely high insurance we have changed to Farm Bureau and saved $110 a month!!! If anyone wants to save money cancel insurance with Thomas and call Farm Bureau!! In response to you wanting to discuss this in detail we already did! Your office messed up you refused to take care of the problem.
